Josh is a Multi-talented Startup Founder successful at managing company roles in order to maximize business and customer success. As a Visionary Leader he has prepared himself to leverage abilities in Operations and Communication to take on a new role as NexGen Roofing System’s “Director of Business Development”, and continue to move the company forward with preferred customer service and quality control management.
Josh has spent the past nine years perfecting his skills in sales and understanding the best methods to educate all of his clients in what is needed for a happy worry free future.
In his free time he enjoys playing music (guitar/piano) with friends and local community musicians. He is married to his beautiful wife Michelle and the father of Elijah and Audrey Rose.

Our History
NexGen Roofing Systems, LLC has over 20 years of experience. We have installed thousands of roofs, with different materials, sizes and conditions.
In those two decades, we learned to “read a roof” and spot even problems that other contractors miss. And most importantly, we know exactly how to fix it. Whether it be an awkward ridge line, a rotted section of plywood, or a chimney that has bad flashing—you can count on us to do the job quickly and cost-efficiently.

Until recently, NexGen Roofing Systems operated in the Northeast, where our owner and founder Tim Gannon was based. We just opened our offices in the Tennessee area, where will we continue the NexGen tradition of superior service.
